Europe - Standard delivery is £10 - FREE delivery on orders over £100
Estimated time for delivery is between 2 and 5 days (depending on country and region)

All processed orders will be given a dedicated tracking number in the confirmation email to trace your delivery. Our logistics partners offer the service to find out where the delivery is currently, the estimated time of arrival and changes to delivery.
DUTY (Not Applicable on Orders within the EU)
Please be aware that we are not able to “de-value” any invoices, or mark as “gift” in order to avoid your local Customs and Duty charges if applicable.
If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination and these costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Sadly, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional cost before your purchase, as customs policies and duties greatly vary between countries.
We recommend contacting your local customs office further information on additional charged before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Chocolate Clothing offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased online - subject to the rules detailed below; Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. The return policy will only apply to items received within this time.
Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
Sales Receipts must also be attached with all returns.
Items which are excluded from returns are bespoke, made to measure or clearly personalised items; or products relating to health and hygiene such as bottles, dummies, underwear, swimwear, earrings, headbands and hair clips.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
We also ask that you let us know on the return form whether an item is for refund or exchange.
Returns from the UK:
Customers must fill out our return form (enclosed within the package)
Apply return label enclosed
Send returning items in a safe and securely packaged box/bag at your local post office, with a completed return form and original sales receipt*.
Returns from Outside the UK:
Customers will receive a label addressed to our depot
Apply the adhesive label to your packaged item
Customer must complete our return form
Package must include completed Return form and Sales Receipt.
Send package via courier * Please note: the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel. You are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.

We only offer an exchange for an item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). If you require another product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price, there will be no credit.
Once your return parcel arrives back to us we will then dispatch the alternative product you requested, or issue a refund back to the account you originally paid with.
Please note that a refund or delivery of your exchanged product(s) can take up to 14 days from receipt of returned product(s).
Your statutory rights are not affected by promotional items The returns/exchange policy still applies.
